Hand-curated Unique Hotels with Jacuzzi-in-Room
... & More Romantic Hotels Like Those with Mirrors on the Ceiling!
Here at Hotel Trove, we are committed on researching hotels manually, the old fashioned way. Since our start a short while ago, we're primarily focusing on finding hotels with jacuzzi suites or rooms with an in-room hot tub (not shared spa facilities). You can use the search function below!
In order to do that, we strictly avoid merely applying filters on leading hotel aggregators (90% of the time they're misleading), asking an AI to compile a list (we're strictly anti-AI owing to their inaccuracies) and going through existing hotel roundups (these days, most are sloppily done without actual, human vetting).
Instead, we dive deep into reddit, travel forums, Google map reviews and actually calling the hotel for confirmation.

Hotel Trove is built for travelers who want more than the generic search results you've become used to. Most of the time, the usual search engines return irrelevant hotels that don't even offer what you're looking for.
So, whether you're looking for a suite with a whirlpool tub, or an adventurous mirror-on-ceiling room for some truly special time together, you'll likely find it here on Hotel Trove!
Why Trust Hotel Trove?
Short answer: Curated by Humans. Loved by Travelers.
We aren’t a booking engine. We’re simply a discovery platform, and we want to keep it that way. That means no sponsored clutter, no mass listings — just carefully selected stays that meet a specific need. You won’t find everything here (no 50+ hotels junk lists). Just the right stays.
Why I Started Hotel Trove
A couple of years ago, I was planning a weekend trip with my girlfriend to Bend, Oregon — we both love the outdoors, and I thought a cozy stay with a hot tub right in the room would be the perfect way to unwind after hiking and breweries.
So I did what anyone would do: searched “hotels with jacuzzi in room in Bend”. But the results were a mess.
I clicked through dozens of listings — most were generic chain hotels. Some didn’t have a hot tub at all. Others had them, but only in a shared spa area or buried in the bathroom with no view or vibe.
I ended up calling six different hotels, asking the same awkward question: “Hi, does the hot tub come inside the room itself, or is it within the bathroom or in a shared area?”
Some staff weren’t even sure. One told me, “I think there’s a tub, but I’m not sure if it’s jetted.”
It turned into a time-sucking spiral — and it honestly killed the excitement of planning the trip.
Eventually, I found a boutique place just outside of town with a fireplace and a proper whirlpool tub in the corner of the suite, overlooking the trees. It was perfect — but it shouldn’t have taken that much effort to find.
That frustration planted the seed for Hotel Trove — a curated platform where you can actually find the kind of stay you’re dreaming about, without having to dig, decode, or call five front desks just to confirm what “spa suite” really means.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are "in-room hot tubs"?
We're talking jetted tubs, whirlpools, or jacuzzis that are actually inside your hotel room or suite — not down the hall in a shared spa area or squeezed into a tiny bathroom corner. Think romantic suites with a whirlpool tub right inside spacious rooms, as a part of the main living space.
How do you actually verify these hotels have what they claim?
Mostly the old-fashioned way — we call them. After digging through Reddit threads, travel forums, and Google reviews, if we're still unsure, we simply pick up the phone and ask the awkward questions so you don't have to.
- "Is the hot tub actually in the room?"
- "How big is it?"
- "Can two people fit comfortably?"
We've learned that official hotel websites and booking platforms are notoriously misleading about this stuff. You don't have to trust me blindly, just head over to Booking.com or similar platforms, search for hotels in any location and filter for 'hot tub' (amenity). Most hotels won't actually have a private, in-room option.
We've seen too many "jacuzzi suites" that turn out to be standard rooms with a slightly larger bathtub, or "spa hotels" where the hot tub is three floors away in a crowded wellness center. Filters can't tell you if the tub has a romantic vibe or if it's crammed into a windowless bathroom corner.
Do you take money from hotels to be featured?
Nope. We're not a booking platform, so we don't directly make money when you book. That means no hotel can pay their way onto our lists, and we have zero incentive to recommend places that aren't actually great. We just want you to find the perfect hot tub getaway without the usual search frustration. In some cases, we do use affiliate links in a way that no matter which hotel you book on any given page, and no matter through which platform you book, we might get a small cut at no additional cost to you. I think we deserve at least that tiny bit after that much leg-work (keeping the pages updated is no joke either!).
What if I can't find hotels in my destination?
We're still growing our coverage, focusing on quality over quantity. If we haven't covered your destination yet, it means we haven't had time to do the proper human research. We'd rather have no recommendations than bad ones. But feel free to drop us a note — popular requests help us prioritize where to research next.
What makes a hotel "Hotel Trove worthy"?
It needs to offer something special that's actually hard to find through normal searches. Usually that's an in-room hot tub or jacuzzi, but we also look for unique romantic amenities like those rare mirror-on-ceiling rooms for couples wanting something adventurous. If it's the kind of place that makes you say "wow, I didn't know this existed," it probably belongs here.
Are these all expensive luxury hotels?
Not at all. We've found amazing hot tub rooms everywhere from budget-friendly motels to five-star resorts. We do keep young, budget-conscious couples in mind while picking jacuzzi-equipped hotels, that's why every page that we publish has at least a few budget listings. Some of our favorite discoveries are those hidden gems — like a family-run inn with incredible jacuzzi suites that cost less than a generic chain hotel. Good experiences don't always cost a fortune!
